現(xiàn)代生活發(fā)展水平有所提高,大眾品味也隨之提升,人們在享受美味的同時,更注重對空間與服務(wù)的體驗(yàn)感。設(shè)計(jì)師通過便利的功能分區(qū)、風(fēng)格定義、照明色彩、裝飾陳設(shè)等,營造一個獨(dú)具個性化的餐飲空間氛圍,帶給食客從舌尖到心靈的獨(dú)特盛宴。其中風(fēng)格的定義是整體空間設(shè)計(jì)中的靈魂,能起到響應(yīng)主題、吸引食客、增強(qiáng)食欲等作用。另一重要原則,則是通過色彩與照明的相互對比運(yùn)用,改變室內(nèi)氣氛,增加空間感,削弱室內(nèi)原有缺陷。通過對空間的塑造,滿足食客對食物以外的感官追求,品味另一場精神饕餮。

Dining Space

Dining space is the place where guests enjoy dining and communications. Its functional forms mainly cover restaurant, banquet hall, cafe, tea house and etc.

The taste of the public becomes harder and harder to satisfy as life standard of modern society improves, and peoples’ demands for an excellent experience on space and service get eager while enjoying the delicate foods. In this case the designer creates a dining space with unique atmosphere to bring guests the peculiar feast from tongue to soul, through convenient functional areas, styles, lighting colors and furnishing. The definition of style is the soul of space design, a method which would echo with the design theme, attract eaters and activate appetite. The contrast use of colors and lightings can adjust the interior mood and enhance the spacious sense in the space by shivering the native defects. The shape of space can not only satisfy the guests’ sensory demands for delicious foods but also provide them with a spiritual feast.

大型綜合商業(yè)
多元需求

現(xiàn)代大型綜合商業(yè)結(jié)合了綠色景觀、游樂活動、文娛設(shè)施、購物休閑、文化展示等,是購物娛樂、休閑生活的重要場所,有“城市大起居室”之稱。而這種包羅萬象的綜合體,由原先單一的購物活動轉(zhuǎn)變成一個多元化體驗(yàn)和交流的綜合過程。
大型綜合商業(yè)為人們提供了購物、交流、觀光休閑空間,同時將商業(yè)人流高效地組織到交通中去,因此動線與流線規(guī)劃成為這類空間的重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)。常表現(xiàn)為多重立體化的構(gòu)成形態(tài),在水平流線網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間,布置大量垂直交通工具與連接工具,形成多重空間流線的連接節(jié)點(diǎn),把功能場所很好的連接在一起,讓消費(fèi)者快速便利地享受各種功能需求。另外,商業(yè)空間的采光也是空間設(shè)計(jì)中必須要注意的問題,豐富的光源能起到提升空間通透感與立體感的作用,為消費(fèi)者提供一個舒適的購物與休閑娛樂環(huán)境,增強(qiáng)消費(fèi)欲望。

Large Commercial Complex
Diversified Needs

Large modern commercial complex is the important place for people to enjoy shopping, entertainments and casual living. It combines with green landscape, recreational activities, cultural facilities, shopping and entertainment, cultural display, etc, so it enjoys a reputation of “the living room in a city”. This kind of all-embracing commercial complex has witnessed the transformation from single shopping to diversified experiences and communications.

Large commercial complex provides people with shopping, communicating and sightseeing spaces. At the same time, it efficiently organizes commercial people stream into the traffic, so moving line and streamline become the design focus in this kind of spaces, usually marked by diversified and stereoscopic forms. A large number of vertical forms of transportation function as the link among diversified spatial streamlines so as to achieve a perfect combination of all the functional spaces. In addition, day lighting is also worthy of notice as abundant light sources can improve the transparent feel and stereoscopic vision in the space to provide customers with a pleasing and comfortable shopping environment. Thus, the design finally stimulates consumption.

With the diversification of recreational forms and the promotion of public taste, entertainment space is inclined to attract customers through environment and services. The design focus is thus oriented to the creation of the atmosphere on site. Designers achieve the perfect combination of entertainment space and emotional feelings by the design of lighting, spatial forms and colors, so as to meet people’s entertainment desires as possible. On the basis of creating a strong atmosphere, the highlight of the design lies in the unique space style, which also plays an important role in attracting customers. Meanwhile, the design emphasizes spatial forms, which could have an effect on vision and hearing. In this way, designers could create individuated and sensory-stimulated entertainment spaces.

Clubhouse
To Enjoy the Style

Clubhouse can literally be interpreted as the membership entertainment space, which is not only the place for club members and friends to gather, but also a symbol of wealth and an identity tag. The design focus of this kind of spaces lies in the selection of the style because different styles show the taste or grade of club members and embody customers’ preferences and characteristics.

The design of space form defines the space style; a regular form could let people immersed in a gentle atmosphere; the space style can be dominated by dark tone and textured colors to show the magnificence; a free form could bring a lively interior atmosphere and thus makes people happy or excited; a classical style form could add primitive simplicity to the space and thus gives people a unique luxury experience; modern style space form could create a concise temperament. In a word, all the styles mentioned above could be the finishing touch to the design of clubhouses.

The harmony in form and style is the very first step guide to a successful retail space design as well as a basic start point. Gaudy and complicated decoration should be avoided. The design of sales office can largely affect the first impression of the customers on the house products, so it must have a prominent image which shows the houses’ features and can evoke a pleasant feeling in the customer’s heart to stimulate their desire to buy.

Today, more and more sales offices provide their consumers with situational experience because that can give them a clear idea about their future homes. In this case, the design style of the sales office should first keep in consistent with the overall style and positioning of house program. In addition to it, great care must be given to a scientific functional layout and smooth circulation organization, especially for the core zones. For instance, the display area must be concise and elegant in form; materials and furnishing, and its lighting system as well as color scheme must be carefully designed so as to provide consumers with experiential scene of strong appeal.
